Grab n' Go (Packaged Sushi)

Made fresh daily. This service requires kitchen space, inventory space, a sushi station to prep and prepare sushi into packages to be sold in Grab ‘n Go selected areas in casinos, cafe’s, grocery stores and resorts. Fridge, freezer, walk in, dry storage required. 

Huge Sushi Roll Selection

We offer a huge selection of menu items to serve to your customers. Everything from the basic maki to our specialty Joshi custom rolls and poke bowls. 

Buffet Style (Boxed Sushi)

The Reveal

A glorified Grab n’ Go concept. Our Boxed sushi is an elegant arrangement of sushi. Our sushi grade has no limits. This concept requires a front store restaurant with cold case countertops to display sushi in a Buffet Style setting.
